After spending more than 20 years at global PR firms working with some of the world’s most dynamic brands and businesses, Laura founded Food Future Strategies to put her experience, brain power and connections to work for those who are disrupting norms and taking risks to fuel a safer, stronger, healthier population and planet.

Before launching her consultancy, Laura held several executive leadership positions at global PR firms and worked closely with global clients such as PepsiCo, Mondelēz International, Campbell Soup Company, ADM, Dairy Management, Inc. and National Cattlemen’s Beef Association.

Most recently, Laura served as Senior Vice President and Partner and Food & Nutrition Practice Leader at FleishmanHillard Chicago.

Prior to her PR career Laura was a broadcast journalist for 7 years.

Vicki brings her strong background in consumer marketing and her passion for creative storytelling to craft and execute innovative, insights-driven communications plans for her clients, which have included iconic global brands such as The Quaker Oats Company, PepsiCo, The Campbell Soup Company, KFC, Philips and Johnson & Johnson.

With 18 years of agency experience, Vicki is a seasoned marketing and communications professional specializing in integrated PR and influencer campaigns that drive conversation, coverage and brand advocacy.

A Boston-native, Vicki graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies (Mass Communications concentration) and Sociology. In her spare time, Vicki is the ultimate dog mom to pomapoo Otter, an avid crafter, designing her own greeting cards, and an enthusiastic home chef, chronicling her journey to recreate gluten-free versions of her mom’s Taiwanese recipes.
